On 25 may 2022, in Newfoundland and Labrador (NL): "Temporary restrictions to visitation/attendance are in place at all provincially operated acute care facilities, treatment facilities, health centres and long-term care homes; as well as privately operated long-term care homes, personal care homes, and community care homes... Each patient/resident can have up to two visitors at a time”. The vaccine mandate continues for staff including "Volunteers and hairdressers”, but does not apply to visitors. Some facilities have limited visitors to 1, which still fits the definition of "2 = narrow restrictions”.
