On 28 feb. 2022: "As of today, the following restrictions are in effect: Formal gatherings are limited to no more than 75 per cent of the venue's capacity...performance spaces and bingo halls can operate at a maximum capacity of 75 per cent per room.” Since "October 22, 2021, you must be fully vaccinated or have an approved medical exemption in order to access ... Gatherings of any size held for socializing, celebration, ceremony or entertainment that are hosted at a recognized business or organization, a rental room, community centre, or other venues used to host gatherings (e.g. weddings, funerals, birthday parties, baby showers, faith-based gatherings) ... Conferences, conventions and trade shows; Arenas; ... performance spaces”. And "Employees, volunteers, contractors, vendors or suppliers of the businesses, organizations or activities where [there must be] proof of vaccination [, since] December 17, 2021 ...[must] be fully vaccinated”. In sum, events remain closed to unvaccinated persons, while vaccinated persons can attend events with restrictions. "2 = Cancel public events required” fits current conditions for unvaccinated NLians with 1 for vaccinated NLians.
