On 23 august 2021, in Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador (NL), bus transit seating is still restricted below capacity although the limit is now higher than when NL was at higher alert levels. St. John's, NL has removed capacity limits in favour of advice: "When possible, consider social distancing (ideally 2 metres apart)â. No evidence of any jurisdiction setting rules differentiating between transit riders based on vaccination status.
