As of February 1, 2021, participants and officials in organized performing arts and sports can still gather in groups of up to 50 people without social distancing for practices, rehearsals and regular local and regional competitions. However in-person spectators are still not allowed. Faith gatherings, wedding ceremonies and funeral services can have 150 people outdoors or 50 per cent of an indoor venue's capacity, to a maximum of 100.
