As of 25 January 2021, St. John's (capital and largest city) Metrobus continues with the policy in place since 24 August 2020: "Non-medical masks are mandatory on-board.... unless exempt for medical reasons....the passenger limit is increased to a maximum of a full seated load - no standing passengers.? A full seated load with no standing is consistent with "0? and does not meet the standard of "significantly reduce volume? for "1?. However, it should be noted that Metrobus is operating a less frequent schedule to cope with budget problems caused by the covid crisis.
