On 22 December, Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Health and Community Services advised those who have returned in the last 14 days from out-of-province work sites where covid-19 outbreaks have been declared by the Public Health Agency of Canada to self-isolate, physically distance away from household members, and arrange testing. These workers must now complete the full 14-day self-isolation period, regardless of test result.
